Hello, I'm Olga

I’m a leadership coach, business trainer, and team facilitator. For more than 15 years I have been supporting professionals in unlocking their leadership potential and improving their team performance

I believe that “leader” is not a title, but a function

It’s an ability to take accountability for decisions made, and for the outcomes. A leader is someone followed by people even if he is not in charge of them. The capacity to empower people, gain trust, be empathetic, and to have the courage to do what’s right, distinguishes the great leader from the ordinary.

Let’s remember a story about Starbucks, where in 1997 three employees were killed during a robbery in Washington D.C. Howard Schultz, CEO at that time, immediately flew straight to D.C. and spent a week with co-workers and families of the three employees. While some leaders might have stayed as far away as possible from this tragic situation, Howard’s natural leadership prevailed. With compassion, approachability and a dedication to meeting his employees’ needs, he did what was right.
